5 Year Hook Warranty Claims
To claim a replacement for a broken hook, please send a photo of the hook along with your order number to the email or WhatsApp number provided. There is no registration required. The link to this page is on the label on your pole, and in the information booklet provided.

* the warranty covers hook breakages from normal use, and is for a replacement of the broken hook. If the issue is with the non-slip tape, please contact me for replacement tape to be sent out. Please note that the warranty does not cover accidental damage e.g. the pole falling over.
